 Description:

The Condor Gryphus Bowie Knife CTK2015-6.75HC is a stunning bowie knife, designed by Joe Flowers. The model has classic Spanish style design. The decoration on the blade looks stunning. As such the knife looks slightly different from other knives. Use it as a survival knife, when you go camping, or store it in your bugout bag.

The blade is made from 1075 carbon steel. This is a strong steel that is easy to sharpen, and can also take quite a beating. 1075, however, is not completely stainless, so you need to clean it regularly and add a drop of oil once in a while. The handle is made from micarta, A fine material made from textile and synthetic resin. It comes with a solid kydex and leather sheath, with a belt loop.

About Condor Tool & Knife

Condor is known for its favourably priced knives. They are made by craftsmen in El Salvador. Are you looking for a display piece? If so, you might need to continue your search. Condor makes knives that are meant to be used. There might be aspects of the finish that aren't perfect. But this makes sense for the knives that Condor produces - namely, knives that are supposed to get used. Especially when you consider the attractive prices, which they are definitely worth!
