Blackwashed ![BlackWash™ is a name given to a specific knife blade finish. This is a variation of the Stone Wash blade finish which has become very popular over the past few years. BlackWash is accomplished by first coating the blade black and then adding the stonewash finish. Type : |
Slipjoint ![Knives with a slipjoint mechanism are kept open by a spring. These knives feature a classic build and are usually equipped with a back spring. The blade stays open without a lock but can be closed manually once the spring force is overcome. Some slipjoint knives are UK carry legal; meaning you can carry them on you at all times, in almost anywhere in the UK](https://duncansgunmakers.co.uk/catalog/media/info_icon.png) |
Frame/Liner Material : |
[Stainless] Steel ![Like all other kinds of steel, stainless steel is made primarily from iron and carbon in a two-step process. What makes stainless steel different is the addition of chromium (Cr) and other alloying elements such as nickel (Ni) to create a corrosion-resistant product. It's worth noting that over time and if not maintained correctly, rust can and will develop on stainless steel. Stainless steel is an extremely tough and highly durable material with high impact resistance. Part of the reason for this is that stainless steel has low susceptibility to brittleness at high and low temperatures. It has a design life expectancy of over fifty years.](https://duncansgunmakers.co.uk/catalog/media/info_icon.png) |

Blade Treatment : |
Heat Treated ![Heat treating is a part of the knife making process that is designed to help harden the steel of the blade for use. Heat treating can be accomplished in four steps: normalize, quench, temper, and sand. Water is one of the most efficient quenching media where maximum hardness is desired, but there is a small chance that it may cause distortion and tiny cracking. When hardness can be sacrificed, mineral oils are often used. If you don't heat treat a blade the blade will not remain sharp or straight. It is prone to chipping and bending. Essentially, you'll have a knife-shaped metal piece. Even if the blade steel is good, it is useless until it is hardened.](https://duncansgunmakers.co.uk/catalog/media/info_icon.png) |
Handle Material : |
G10 ![Unlike more traditional knife handle materials, G-10 won't crack, break, chip, or scratch easily. G10 is a versatile material that was originally used for printed circuit boards due to its high-temperature durability and non-conductive properties. It was later discovered to be a great material for knife handles and even gun grips due to its moisture-resistant characteristics. G10 handles are very durable with a very high level of strength, meaning they will last for a very long time even under heavy use in both wet and dry conditions. G10 is also commonly used for underwater applications due to its strength, durability, and highly water-resistant properties. It is also non-flammable & non-conductive. G-10 is the designation for a glass-based epoxy resin laminate. What that means is that you take a glass-based cloth (fiberglass, in other words), soak it in an epoxy resin, and then using heat and pressure compress it into the shape you want.](https://duncansgunmakers.co.uk/catalog/media/info_icon.png) |

Description:
EDC is its home - the world is its home! Reliable, robust and with plenty of edge - the Boker Plus Worldwide 2.0 comes as a tactical two-hand opening knife that is legal to carry in many countries around the world. Other countries specify that the blade must be opened by two hands, up steps the Worldwide 2.0.
No lock, no one handed opening, no need to worry: the solid 440C drop point blade can be opened comfortably thanks to the generous nail nick, while the slip joint with a powerful spring provides pure stability. The pocket knife routinely cuts through cardboard boxes, ropes or packaging. A fine black stonewash finish on the blade perfectly matches the ergonomic handle scales made of muted, olive green G10, adding a tactical zest. A pocket clip and a lanyard hole allow you to make the knife your own and provide convenient carry options.
