 Description: 

Böker doesnt only produce amazing outdoor knives, they also produce kitchen knives. The Danish knife maker Jesper Voxnaes made sure the kitchen knives from the Saga collection had a look and feel all their own.

The blade is made from 440C stainless steel and enhanced with a stonewashed finish. This is a slightly matted finish. The blade is enhanced with a 'flat grind' and razor-sharp. The blade runs throughout the entire handle. As such you have a properly balanced knife that is amazing to use.

The ergonomically shaped handle is made from black G10. G10 is a material that is often used for outdoor knives, but quite remarkable in the kitchen. It is practically indestructible. The holes in the handle are typical for a Jesper Voxnaes design.

With the tough Böker Saga kitchen knives you bring a piece of the outdoors to your kitchen.

Recommendations & Maintenance:

 High Quality Knives should never be washed in a dishwasher. To maintain sharpness, hand wash and dry the knife immediately after use. 
• Do not use high quality knives to cut hard or frozen foods. The blade may be broken or part of the blade may break off.
• Do not use the knife as a crowbar and avoid bending it.
• Protect the knife and its blade from falling or impact.
• If you know you will not need the knives for a long time, it is advisable to coat them with oil & store them in a cool, dry place.
• Keep the knives in a safe place and keep them away from children!
