[David Tubb] Bullet Meplat Uniformer .22

The Tubb BMU Ballistic Meplat Uniformer is a great tool that allows the shooter to equalize the ballistic coefficient of like kind and weight bullets. It does this by uniforming the bullet's meplat (the diameter of the tip at the nose of the bullet). The tool also uniforms the length of the bullet's frontal section (the distance from the full caliber diameter nearest the front of the bullet to the tip of the bullet). Both actions will result in more consistent shot placements.
