The 6.5mm 123 grain Hollow Point Boat Tail was designed to fill the gap for a mid-weight, high B.C. bullet for the ever-increasing 6.5mm long-range crowd. This bullet is a popular choice for long-range target and Silhouette customers. Keeping the long-range design in mind, we built this bullet with a longer ogive, smaller meplat and improved boat tail to preserve downrange efficiency, enhance accuracy, and reduce wind-drift.

While they are recognized around the world for record-setting accuracy, MatchKing© and Tipped MatchKing© bullets are not recommended for most hunting applications. Although MatchKing© and Tipped MatchKing© bullets are commonly used for varmint hunting, their heavier jackets will not provide the same reliable explosive expansion at equivalent velocities in varmints compared to their lightly jacketed Hornet, Blitz or Varminter counterparts.

IV. Never mix propellant powders. This applies for all brands and types.

V. Never use propellant powder in black powder firearms. Smokeless propellant powders produce significantly greater pressures than black powder.

The reloading of ammunition entails components from other manufacturers. A number of parameters must be observed. The equipment used must be in perfect working order.
