Description:
Gamo Maxxim Elite Swarm rifle takes a departure from standard single shot air rifles, in that it is fitted with a 10 shot magazine system for super quick reloading. The magazine is located just above the specially shaped breech on a special holding arm to reload a pellet into the barrel each time the barrel is cocked for that super quick follow up shot.
The rifle has a beech stock which is finished in a dark stain, along with Gamos signature ventilated butt pad and an adjustable cheek piece for superb shooters comfort. The fore stock is also fitted with rubber insert panels to increase the grip when shooting to make it great on the range, or in the field.
The rifled steel barrel offers excellent accuracy and consistency and it is covered by a full length shroud which reduces the muzzle report considerably. The shroud also doubles as a cocking aid to assist in that process, and Gamos smooth action trigger system is fitted for a crisp and clean trigger pull.
|
This rifle is powered by a spring that is compressed when breaking the barrel. Upon firing, the spring tension is released
[This mechanism is extremely reliable, generally lasting years before maintenance is required]
