Description:
The Kizer Apus is a cool EDC pocket knife, designed by Kizer designer Henar. The remarkable thing about the Apus is the opening mechanism: Kizer doesn't use front flippers that often. And yet this is a quick way of opening a knife that is also fun to play with. The Apus is also enhanced with a type of thumb hole nail nick hybrid. When opened a titanium liner lock ensures that your fingers are safe.
It is great to see how the copper scales protrude over the liner lock. It seems overkill, you might expect a framelock, but it makes the knife look incredibly fancy. The different facets on the titanium look amazing. The blade is made from CPM S35VN steel. A premium type of American powder steel that retains its sharpness well, but is also easy to sharpen.
