Cerakote ![Cerakoting is the art of applying a high tech, liquid ceramic coating to a given firearm or knife and then allowing it to either air dry or dry with an oven. How long does it last? Cerakote is a permanent ceramic finish that is designed to last the lifetime of the firearm. Cerakote could strongest and most durable and most rust resistant coating there is, but it is no magic bullet. The coating can still be abused by rough handling and rough holsters. Overall cerakoted blades have incredible physical performance with superb properties in abrasion, chemical resistance & corrosion resistance. You don't have to worry about it peeling or flaking off over time, it generally lasts years.](https://duncansgunmakers.co.uk/catalog/media/info_icon.png) |

ABLE Lock ![The Hogue ABLE lock is an acronym that stands for “Ambidextrous Bar Lock Enhanced”, and it’s both an opening mechanism and a locking mechanism. What separates this lock from others like it is that it uses Wolff Wireform Springs. Now, in case you’re unfamiliar with Wolff Gunsprings, they’ve been making gun springs for about sixty years and are generally known as the best gun springs around. We believe the pairing between Hogue and Wolff is almost a no-brainer and what it means for you is the springs that operate your knife are incredibly durable and reliable. The closest lock to this is the Benchmade AXIS lock, it's practically identical, the differences are miniscule & hard to notice. Overall we think the ABLE lock is probably slightly more refined, but it's hard to say.](https://duncansgunmakers.co.uk/catalog/media/info_icon.png) |

Blade Treatment : |
Cryogenically Treated ![Cryogenic treatment is a common process designed to enhance the performance of metal blades. Extreme deep freezing increases the service life of knives by improving their resistance to wear. As a one-time treatment, freezing knife blades makes them more durable and less prone to chipping and fracturing under stress. A cryogenic treatment is the process of treating workpieces to cryogenic temperatures (i.e. below −190 °C (−310 °F)) in order to remove residual stresses and improve wear resistance in steels and other metal alloys, such as aluminum. This treatment type will slightly increase the price of the knife but the value it provides far outweighs the cost.](https://duncansgunmakers.co.uk/catalog/media/info_icon.png) |
Handle Material : |
Aluminum , Walnut Wood ![Walnut... One of our favourite materials here at Duncans. Walnut is a very strong and stable wood that can take intricate carving. The color can be beautiful. Although walnut trees are widespread and relatively common around the world, walnut timber is one of the most luxurious and expensive non-exotic woods available on the market. Ultimately, hardwoods work best for knife scales, because they are very durable, this makes Walnut appealing for a knife handle. The only disadvantages to Walnut are; with it being a hardwood it's heavy, it can also bleach with excessive sun exposure. Afterall though, these are some small drawbacks.](https://duncansgunmakers.co.uk/catalog/media/info_icon.png) |

Description:
Hogue Knives has partnered together with SIG Sauer to deliver a full line of quality SIG Sauer branded knives. These fine tactical and sporting knives represent the ultimate value in tactical folders and fixed blades expressed through Hogue's state-of-the-art manufacturing processes. Made in America by American craftsmen, a Hogue knife at your side is a trusted — and trustworthy — companion, an heirloom quality blade combining the best of old-world craftsmanship and design set in the context of modern-day, real-world applications for a superior blade.
Deployment is based around a strong, custom-designed, oversized coil spring that has been extensively tested and integrated to provide force along the pivot's entire range of motion. The result is a knife that kicks open with authority every time you call on it. Each knife is individually tested and laser-etched with a unique serial number before it bears the Hogue name.
The K320 AXG Pro is designed to go hand in hand with the P320 AXG Pro firearm with a black aluminum handle and a choice of G10 or wooden inlays. The ergonomics are absolutely fantastic and they've allowed for the pocket clip to be positioned in all four corners of the knife which is pretty rare on an ABLE-style lock. And then there's the action. Hogue delivers some of the best push-button action on the market and the K320 is no different. It fires with authority so make sure you have a solid hold on the knife before actuating as the knife may go flying. An excellent thumb ramp, finger choil, and lanyard hole round out the features of this near-perfect folding knife which we think it's poised to become one of the premier duty knives that money can buy.
