The Daiitoku is my passion project, this knife really encapsulates what makes knife design an artform. You will immediately appreciate the hours that have gone into this knife the moment it connects with your hand.

The blade, a true masterpiece, sets the tone for the knife’s artistry, with its aesthetic brilliance mirrored throughout the entire piece. The backlock mechanism, engineered with precision, delivers an exceptionally smooth and responsive operation, snapping open with a crisp, satisfying click and closing with a confident jump. Adorning the spine, intricate Japanese bamboo sculptures elevate the Sanmai steel backlock and backspacer, offering not only a visually stunning flourish but also a surprising enhancement to grip, ensuring comfort and control in every grip style.

Rooted in traditional Japanese aesthetics, the Daiitoku exudes understated sophistication.
