The Civivi Chevalier II is a slim, compact EDC pocket knife with a sheepsfoot blade. This blade shape is fantastic for opening packages and peeling fruit.
The Chevalier features a button lock. This means that the blade is locked by a solid button mechanism. You open it with the flipper, or two-handed with the nail nick, then the button lock locks the blade.
Damascus - a blade made of stainless Damascus steel with a unique pattern. Acid-etched finish emphasizing the contrast of the patterns. The blade is made of two different types of steel, forged and assembled together in different ways to create this amazing pattern. It is characterized by a high hardness in the range of 58-60 HRC.
Handle - made of high-quality aircraft aluminum, the beveled edges of the covers eliminate sharp edges for comfort, and the forefinger groove at the front improves grip. A series of holes in the handle further lighten the knife and improve the grip. The open-backed design reduces weight and makes cleaning easier. The pivot axis is decorated with the company logo. The simplicity and robustness of the design ensure many years of use. The two-position clip (right / left) allows the knife to be carried in a tip-up position.
Case - a zippered soft nylon pouch with the manufacturer's logo is included for safe storage and transportation of the folder.
