Description:
The CRKT Cinco 7091 is a cool EDC pocket knife, designed by Richard Rogers. The successor to, you will never guess, the Cuatro. You do recognize the lines of that model in the Cinco. We feel, however, that the knife is now a lot more solid.
He designed this knife for at work and around the farm. So a real worker's knife. And that is when you want solidity. As such the handle is made from strong stainless steel, enhanced with G10 inlays to keep the weight low. When opened the blade is locked by a lock that is a combination between a linerlock and a framelock. It is as thick as a framelock, but is hidden behind the G10 inlay like a linerlock. Nicely done!
Because of the IKBS ball bearings it will quickly open with the help of the flipper. The blade is made from D2. Not completely stainless, but very tough. Clean it after use and you won't be bothered by it at all!
