After an inspiring journey to Maniago, the heart of Italy's knife industry, we brought the Italian heritage back with us to sheffield and infused it into this project. The handle is adorned with beautiful olive wood, paying homage to the tradition and beauty of Italian design.

The stainless steel blade is protected with a micron-level titanium coating, delivering superior rust resistance and ensuring a razor-sharp, long-lasting edge. For added durability, all hardware is treated with a black oxide coating, making this knife as tough as it is elegant.

We've also integrated a cutting hook—a versatile and lifesaving tool—along with a flathead driver on the butt of the handle for added functionality. The Spoleto combines precision, beauty, and practicality, making it the perfect blend of form and function inspired by Italian master knifemakers.
