This steel combines ancient techniques with modern skill. The manufacturer doesn’t provide much information about the type of steel, so we can't say with certainty how corrosion-resistant this particular steel is. Therefore, it’s advisable to keep the blade clean and regularly apply a few drops of oil. It wouldn't hurt to apply that piece of advice to your other knives too.
