[TSPROF] K03 Pro AL Sharpening Kit + 5 Diamond Stones

Convenient angle setting and real-time monitoring

K03 Pro comes with the Axicube-I, the first electronic angle finder designed for sharpening systems. It is integrated into the body of the abrasive holder's movable clamp and allows real-time monitoring of the sharpening angle with an accuracy of up to 0.1°

It has a durable aircraft aluminum body resistant to vibrations and can be used in temperatures from 0°C to +40°C. Built-in battery charges via USB-Type-C cable.

Each Axicube-i is calibrated at the factory. Before first use on the new surface, you have to calibrate it using a special calibration plate to set an initial reference angle. If you move the K03 Pro to another surface, you will need to calibrate the angle finder again.

Axicube-i is not intended for measurements other than sharpening, its correct operation is guaranteed only with K03 Pro, and it is not compatible with other TSPROF or different brand sharpeners.

One hand stepless angle setting

The K03 Pro has a rack-and-pinion height adjuster with a sliding part with toothed gearing, which allows stepless adjustment of the sharpening angle in the range from 10° to 39° (from 8.5° with fillet clamps) with a total angle of up to 78°. 

The height adjuster has an additional rod that can be used either to increase the angle to the maximum value or to compensate for the stone thickness and can be locked with a screw on both sides of the body.

The sliding part is driven by a brass-toothed wheel and connected to the response part with a dovetail, which ensures angle setting absolute precision. The steel-brass pairing ensures smooth movement of the slide. 

The angle measurement scale is laser printed on the front side of the slide for visual control of the angle setting.

One-hand hassle-free knife flipping 

The unique semi-automatic turning mechanism can be activated with adjustable pressure and has reliable auto-locking. Thanks to the system of springs and bearings, the clamping frame turns over without the mechanism wearing out. The permissible error when turning the clamping arm is 0.3°.

Flat-end or backed stones up to 8" in. long

The universal abrasive holder has no metal backing plate (compared to older K03 versions) and allows you to use any abrasive stones with the sharpener, both on a backing plate and without it, thanks to the special geometry of the abrasive clamps, which fix the abrasives as securely as possible. 

The high-rigidity steel rod has an increased length of 694 mm. It consists of two parts connected with an aluminum sleeve coupling with a three-point mounting, giving the connection maximum alignment. The coupling is locked with a convenient thumbscrew which allows one motion locking.

Universal whole-milled clamps

The whole-milled clamps are made of high-strength anodized 7075 T6 aircraft aluminum. The full metal design offers increased resistance to abrasive pressure and ensures sharpening angle consistency at all stages - from roughing to finishing. 

Whole-milled clamps do not require calibration or adjustment for different blade types. They have a simple and convenient clamping principle (using one L-shaped hex key), and allow you to clamp a wide variety of knives: utility, fixed, folding, pocket, kitchen, hunting knives, etc.

Diamond abrasives included

Diamond-coated plates provide intensive metal removal and can be used for a cutting edge with significant damage (chips, bends, etc.).  Use dry, without water or oil.

Includes the following grit range:
— F150 Extra Coarse - for profiling, and shaping the edge.
— F220 Coarse - reducing sharpening scratches.
— F400 Medium - reducing sharpening scratches, biting edge.
— F600 Fine - pre-finishing, biting edge.
— F1000 Very Fine - finishing, deburring, gives mirror polish for some steels.
